Policies

I'm not a big fan of policies and procedures but we all know the rules must be defined ahead of time so everyone knows what they are getting into.

I consider myself a very easy individual to deal with.  For the most part, if you treat me fairly you will receive more than that in return.  I need to make schedules and appointments just like the rest of the world so I have to put up some guidelines for clients to follow.

1. 50% deposit required for reservations.
2. Deposit is non-refundable but may be put toward a different hunting date.
3. All licenses are the responsibility of the client.  Stamps are required for dove and waterfowl.

Payment Methods Accepted:

1. Cash
2. Personal Check
3. Money Order
4. Paypal (credit cards can be used for paypal accounts, invoice will be sent via email)

Safety and Risk Mitigation:

Everyone who hunts with Desert Dancer Hunting will be given a safety orientation at the beginning of each hunting day.  Most people who hunt with us are very experienced, but it never hurts to have a reminder occasionally.  In addition, each individual will be required to read and sign an acknowledgement of risk for the activities associated with hunting.  There are inherent risks that come with hunting activities.  Everyone involved must be aware of these risks prior to participating.
