Auzie came to our home in December of 2004. She was already 2.5 years old at the time and had one litter of puppies. She is truly an exceptional dog in many ways. As people that know me can attest, I don't keep mediocre dogs. Auzie is an excellent combination of hunting drive, temperament, cooperation, coat and confirmation. She really has very few weaknesses. I honestly don't know if I've seen a DD with a better temperament, and I've seen a lot of DDs in my travels.
Auzie is the type of dog that hunts hard and lives life to the fullest. Even on those long Arizona days when the sun is warm and the birds are hours between, Auzie never stops hunting. She is very cooperative and keeps track of my at all times. In the house you don't even know she is there, she is calm and quiet as a mouse.
